Programme Overview
The Post Graduate Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management (PGDTHM) is designed to develop advanced managerial competencies required in the dynamic and rapidly evolving tourism and hospitality industry. This programme equips students with the knowledge, analytical capabilities, and practical experience necessary to manage hospitality and tourism operations effectively in both local and global contexts. Through a combination of strategic learning, industry-focused modules, and real-world internship experience, students will develop the expertise needed to lead teams, design innovative tourism experiences, and manage sustainable hospitality operations.

Industrial Attachment*
provides students with valuable hands-on experience within the tourism and hospitality industry.
*The Industrial Attachment (IA) is an integral component of the course. However, where the student is unable to participate in the Internship because of non-approval of the Training Work Permit by the Ministry of Manpower or the student is unable to secure a placement, the student will be required to successfully complete a Research-Based Project. While the College will make its best efforts to secure Internships for students, it does not guarantee that it will be able to secure one for every student. Students who have already completed an Internship in a similar field in Singapore will not be able to take the Internship for this course.

Admission Requirements
Academic Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline; OR
Mature Entry:
• At least 30 years old with 8 years of relevant work experience
English Language Proficiency
Applicants must meet one of the following:
- IELTS 6.0 (minimum 5.5 in all bands); OR
- Pearson Test of Academic English (PTE): 56; OR
- Cambridge English Scale: B2; OR
- London Tests of English: Level 4; OR
- GCE O-Level English (Grade C6) or equivalent.
Applicants whose Bachelor’s degree was taught in English may be considered for a waiver on a case-by-case basis.

• At least 20 years old
