Foundation
This programme aims to provide students foundational English knowledge and skills in applying that knowledge in everyday situations. It is breaking the Certificate in English for Foreign Learners which is currently being offered into smaller segments.
At the end of the term the students should be able to complete the A1 level according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.

Can understand and use familiar everyday expressions and very basic phrases aimed at the satisfaction of needs of a concrete type.

Can introduce him/herself and others and can ask and answer questions about personal details such as where he/she lives, people he/she knows and things he/she has..

Can interact in a simple way provided the other person talks slowly and clearly and is prepared to help.

Graduation Requirement:
In order to be awarded the Certificate in English - Foundation, student must be competent in all the performance criteria for all the modules within the eligibility period of 2 years from the date of commencement and has no outstanding fees.
Certificate will be awarded by Academies Australasia College.
