Overview
This qualification provides high-level information and communications technology (ICT), process improvement, and business skills and knowledge to enable an individual to be effective in senior ICT roles within organisations. The qualification builds on a base core of management competencies, with specialist and general elective choices to suit particular ICT and business needs, especially in the areas of knowledge management and systems development.

Entry Requirements and Intakes

ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS
  • Obtained at least D for any GCE A-Level subject or

  • 12 years of formal education or equivalent 

  • Applicants must be of age 17 and above

**Students who have completed Diploma of Information Technology will be granted exemption for 3 modules: DIT110-Project Design and Planning; DIT111-Project Development; DIT 112-Project Implementation from Diploma of Information Technology (ICT50115).  

ENGLISH PROFICIENCY
  • AAC Diploma of Information Technology or

  • IELTS 5.5 OR - AAC EFL Level-5 or equivalent OR

  • Successful completion of Academies Australasia College English Language Proficiency Test

Industrial Attachment*

*The Industrial Attachment will be compulsory and integral module of ADIT. In the event that a student is unable to participate in the Industrial Attachment module due to circumstances beyond the control of the student or the College, like non-approval of the Training Work Permit by Ministry of Manpower, the student will be required to complete a Research Based Project with the submission of a report to be considered for graduation for the course. The maximum duration to complete the project work will be three (3) Months.

Graduation Requirement:
In order to be awarded the Advanced Diploma of Information Technology, student must obtain at least a Pass Grade in all the modules within the eligibility period of 2 years from the original completion date.

Certificate will be awarded by Academies Australasia College.
