About OTHM Qualification:
OTHM is a UK based awarding organisation. OTHM qualifications are approved and regulated by Ofqual (Office of the Qualifications and Examinations Regulation). Ofqual is responsible for maintaining standards and confidence in qualifications. Ofqual looks after GCSEs and A levels in England, and a wide range of vocational qualifications in England. Ofqual also regulates the National Curriculum Assessments in England. All qualifications regulated by Ofqual (in England) comes under the UK’s Regulated Qualifications Framework. The UK’s Regulated Qualifications Framework (RQF) categorises qualifications in England based on their size and level of challenge or difficulty.
OTHM is regulated by Ofqual with the same framework as with the UK universities. OTHM holds a progression agreement with several UK universities. That means learners can also join relevant programmes offered at Study Centres/Partner Colleges/Overseas Campuses of UK universities.
